Cladek transforms a back garden into a warm communal area
The project was to enhance the outdoor living space into a stylish and relaxing environment for socialising by linking the existing patio to the summer house and gym, and installing a Pergola made from pressure treated softwood.
This removed the lawn which did not grow well due to limited sunlight from surrounding trees creating a sophisticated and easy to maintain outdoor living space that can be enjoyed by friends and family.
Some of the key decorative featured that gave the elegant and tasteful look the client desired were, IP rated lighting integral to the decking designed in a runway style due to the customer being a pilot, a fitted fire pit with gas supply installed to gas regulations to enjoy outdoor cooking and social occasions, marine style balustrade guarding with cables and decorative caps.
Our expert fitters overcame challenges with levelling issues in the garden by building bespoke colour matched steps, there were some colour match issues with the decking which resulted in Cladek returning one batch of decking to ensure all the decking was sourced from the same production batch. The client was absolutely delighted with the end result and has enjoyed a number of social occasions in his new outdoor living space.
