Facias, Soffits & Guttering2025-02-26T15:58:04+00:00

Protect and enhance your property

Fascia are horizontal panels which run along the roof edge, supporting the bottom tiles and the guttering is secured to this. Soffits are the boards installed underneath the fascia which protect the roofline and improve ventilation.

Fascia and soffits are vital in protecting your roof and walls from water, and improving ventilation – reducing mould and rotting issues. Guttering collects rainwater and channels it into your homes drainage system, preventing water damage, erosion and flooding around your property.

Benefits of Cladek fascias, soffits and guttering

  • Protection Against water Damage:

    • Fascia: The fascia is the horizontal board running along the edge of the roof, supporting the guttering system and protecting the rood from water damage. By ensuring proper drainage, the fascia prevents water from getting under the roof and causing leaks or rotting.
    • Guttering: Gutters collect and direct rain water away from the building. Without a proper guttering system, water can accumulate around the foundation, leasing to erosion, flooding and even foundation damage.
  • Improves aesthetics: Cladeks’ fascia, soffits and guttering enhances the exterior appearance of your home through adding a clean, finished look. We offer a variety of different materials, textures, colours and styles, allowing the newly fitted fascia, soffits and guttering to match your home.

  • Increased property value: Cladeks’ fascia, soffit and guttering systems improve the aesthetic appreal and functionality of a home, increasing its kerb-side appeal and market value. Potential buyers often look for homes with these systems in good condition, as they demonstrate that a property is well maintained.

  • Durability and low maintenance: At Cladek we use reliable suppliers with the best modern products. Modern materials such as uPVC and Fibre-cement are highly durable, weather resistant and require little maintenance. This means less time and money spent on repairs or replacements over the years.

Absolutely! We offer a free, no obligation ‘cladek ballpark quote’ and design consultations. We are confident our quotes are competitive, as well as providing industry leading products and installation services to elevate your home’s exteriors.

How will you quote me for your services?2025-02-06T13:33:47+00:00

We can offer a ‘Cladek ballpark quote’ based on client provided information, such as photographs and measurements and an overview of your requirements. We offer this to help you determine affordability and narrow down your product choices. We can then proceed to complete a formal quote following the designs consultation along with a full survey and site specific dimensions with your chosen products.

What areas do you cover?2025-02-06T13:32:25+00:00

We are proud to be Dorset and Hampshire’s leading exterior solutions provider. We cover a wider area across the south of England for commercial properties, get in touch and we will see how we can help.

Are your products sustainable and eco friendly?2025-02-06T13:33:08+00:00

The industry is constantly evolving and we keep ourselves up to date with the latest product news and safety standards, as well as installation standards.

Can I order a sample?2025-02-06T13:36:18+00:00

At Cladek we like to offer a tailor-made solution. We offer a wide range of products and we find the best approach is to arrange a design consultation where we’ll bring samples to you and can view it in your home. Get in contact with us and we’ll arrange this.

Will you supply a CGI mockup?2025-02-06T13:34:40+00:00

We do offer this as a bespoke service but some of our product suppliers offer the use of apps and software specific to their ranges which we can introduce you to and assist with helping to find the right solution for your property.

Does work require any planning permission?2025-02-06T13:36:35+00:00

Any external alterations to the front of your property requires planning consent, particularly on the front elevations. There are other material considerations should you live in a conservation area or listed building, as well as other more highly controlled planning zones. But we have an in-house architectural and planning department who can produce all the relevant architectural and planning documentation and submit an application on your behalf to gain planning consent. We will be able to discuss this further during your design consultation and work with you to make this process as smooth as possible.

Do I need to pay a deposit when using Cladek?2025-02-06T13:35:32+00:00

Yes, we do require a deposit. We offer a thorough design consultation and on the completion of this and acceptance of your quote, we will need a 30% deposit to secure the bespoke materials and products for your design proposal. Your remaining balance will then be due upon completion.
