Collaborate with you to create your project design

Overview:

  1. The journey begins with you contacting us where we discuss your requirements and take some details from you. There are 2 options to start the design consultation process to suit your preferences. We can either arrange an initial call to discuss your requirements, take some information such as dimensions and obtain photos or we can schedule a meeting to view your property and discuss your requirements in person.
  2. If you decide to progress with the initial design our experts will visit your home to assess the exterior of your property, offer design recommendations, and support you to finalise the right design and product options.

Key points:

  • Design call or meeting. From the initial consultation you will receive the following documentation:

    1. Quote and outline proposal
    2. Basic drawing – survey sheet

  • Further design follow up meeting. You will receive the following documentation:

    1. Detailed quote and proposal
    2. Detailed project design and drawings
    3. Planning permission documentation (as required)

  1. Once we have finalised the design, our skilled project management team will take over to start planning the work and schedule the delivery activities with you. We will work collaboratively with you to plan the project and will keep you effectively informed at each stage of the process, to deliver exactly want you want on your project.

Key points:

  • Site meeting to agree project management activities. From this you will receive the following documentation:

    1. Project delivery plan and timescales
    2. Method statement
    3. Site risk assessment
    4. Site access requirements
    5. Contract and T&C’s

We ensure that every installation is carried out with precision and care, using high-quality materials and techniques to guarantee a flawless finish. Our installation team will keep you continuously updated on progress and complete a quality assurance sign off certificate with you on completion of the work.

  • Delivery of agreed work. On completion of the project, you will receive the following documentation:

    1. Quality assurance sign off certification
    2. 10-year workmanship guarantee
    3. Final invoice
