We can offer a ‘Cladek ballpark quote’ based on client provided information, such as photographs and measurements and an overview of your requirements. We offer this to help you determine affordability and narrow down your product choices. We can then proceed to complete a formal quote following the designs consultation along with a full survey and site specific dimensions with your chosen products.

At Cladek we like to offer a tailor-made solution. We offer a wide range of products and we find the best approach is to arrange a design consultation where we’ll bring samples to you and can view it in your home. Get in contact with us and we’ll arrange this.
We do offer this as a bespoke service but some of our product suppliers offer the use of apps and software specific to their ranges which we can introduce you to and assist with helping to find the right solution for your property.
Any external alterations to the front of your property requires planning consent, particularly on the front elevations. There are other material considerations should you live in a conservation area or listed building, as well as other more highly controlled planning zones. But we have an in-house architectural and planning department who can produce all the relevant architectural and planning documentation and submit an application on your behalf to gain planning consent. We will be able to discuss this further during your design consultation and work with you to make this process as smooth as possible.
Yes, we do require a deposit. We offer a thorough design consultation and on the completion of this and acceptance of your quote, we will need a 30% deposit to secure the bespoke materials and products for your design proposal. Your remaining balance will then be due upon completion.
